Sweden celebrates the National Day on 6 June in honor of two historical events: Gustav Vasa being elected king (6 June 1523) and the adoption of a new constitution (6 June 1809).

The kit contains everything you need to build two DIY Landgång sandwiches.
1. White bread, cut lengthwise, regular sandwich thickness
2. Butter the bread (unsalted) real butter
3. Cover bread with Leaf lettuce
4. Start with thin layer of real mayo on lettuce, sliced boiled egg (3-4 slices), 3 pieces of herring on top
5. Precooked baby-schrimps, dab of mayo on top, with half a slice of lemon and dill
6. Smoked salmon
7. Salami (mild Hungarian), sweet red pepper on top
8. Smoked Black forest Ham
9. Medium rare Angus roast beef, thin slice, dab of remoulade sauce w. dried onions, cucumber slice
10. Brie and Hawarti cheese alternate with green pimento olives
For vegetarian/vegan option: Use diary free cheese, lox, veggie salami/ham and/or smoked tofu.
