Anna Pakina is a People Consultant based in Toronto, Canada, with 15 years of experience in the telecom industry. She specializes in talent development, employee well-being, and process improvement. Anna is actively involved in career programs, fostering a positive work environment, and empowering individuals and teams.
She holds a Bachelorโs degree in Psychology from Queenโs University and a Masterโs degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Adler University.
Anna also chairs Nokia StrongHer Canada, leading initiatives to promote gender diversity and empowerment within the company.
Rebecka brings over 15 years of expertise in business development, project management, marketing, and sales, with a strong focus on networking. Her international career spans Sweden, Canada, France, Switzerland, Malaysia, and Israel.
Starting her Canadian journey in 2011 as an International Trade Consultant at Business Sweden, she now serves as Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at the United Church of Canada. Previously, she worked at Metrolinx in business development, focusing on strategic partnerships and contract negotiations.
Rebecka holds a MSc in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a BSc in International Relations from Gothenburg University. She leads SWEA Professional, a group dedicated to the professional growth of women, and is active in networking communities like Monday Girl.
Fluent in English and Swedish, and proficient in French, Rebecka is passionate about helping others build strong networks to succeed in business. Join her at our events to connect, learn, and thrive.
