DESCRIPTION:It is no secret work and life can be hard to balance for us women. We are often wearing many hats and in addition to our full-time job\, we are still managing our homes\, kids\, (and sometimes even our spouses) simultaneously. All this while being expected to maintain the same efficiency at work as our male counterparts.
