Notice to all SCCC members: Please join us for our AGM, March 22 2018

Dear SCCC member.
All SCCC members are invited to participate in this year’s the Swedish-Canadian Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting on Thursday, March 22, 2018, between 5.30 P.M. and 6.30 P.M. at the offices of Business Sweden, 2 Bloor Street West, 21st floor, Toronto, ON, M4W 3E2.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important yearly function for all members in good standing. This is a great opportunity to network, learn about the programs and activities for 2018 – 2019

Refreshments and mingle after the meeting.

Get involved with the SCCC!  We have vacancies to the Board for which we are accepting nominations. Nominees must be current members of the Chamber in good standing.

To put someone forward for the position, simply email the person’s name and a short paragraph stating why you believe this person would be a good addition to the Board, to nominations@sccc.ca by Monday, March 19th, 2018.

The seminar is hosted by Business Sweden, Swedish embassy, Swedish Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Canadian law firm Miller Thomson.

At a time when negotiating international free trade agreements is proving difficult Canada and the EU have struck a modern and mutually beneficial agreement. Canada has opened its borders to European investments, imports and workforces, which is generating a wealth of opportunities for Swedish companies to increase their international revenues.
